Dates: February 9 and 14. Time: 4:30 - 8:00
We are again using an internet based scheduling system again this year to set up conference times. You will be able to select your student's teachers and the time you wish to conference with them.

Scheduling is on a first come first served basis beginning on January 30, 2017 at 7:00am.
To schedule your student(s), look for the day and time that works best for your schedule and click on the box labeled "OPEN" under the day and time. You can identify your student's team by the Team Leader's name at the top of the appropriate column. The screen will change. Type in your student's first and last name and the rest of the requested information. If there is not an "OPEN" box under the time you want, all slots have been filled and you will need to select a different time, day or both.
If you need to change your time after you have scheduled a conference, you may do so as long as there is a spot available. Just click "undo". No one else can change your time, as you are password protected.
