Elementary Attendance Areas

Elementary School Students

• Effective July 1, 2012 – The elementary students will be assigned according to the following boundaries/guidelines.
  • Gretna Elementary –  (Outlined in Blue on the Map) The attendance area includes all elementary students who live south of Gruenther Road and west of Highway 31 with the exception of Amber Vista, Lincoln Place south of Gruenther Road, and Santa Fe Pointe subdivisions. Also included are all elementary students who live south of Lincoln Road and west of 216^th Street.
  • Squire John Thomas Elementary – (Outlined in Yellow on Map)  The attendance area includes all elementary students who live south of Highway 370 and east of Highway 31. The attendance area also includes all elementary students who live west of Highway 31 and south of Gruenther Road in the subdivisions of Amber Vista, Lincoln Place south of Gruenther Road, and Santa Fe Pointe. The only exception south of Highway 370 will be the Pebblebrooke subdivision, which is assigned to Palisades Elementary.
  • Palisades Elementary – (Outlined in Green on Map)  The attendance area includes all elementary students who live north of Highway 370 and east of the railroad track that runs from Highway 31 northeast to 168^th Street. Also included are elementary students who live north of Giles Road and east of 180^th Street. Pebblebrooke is the only subdivision south of Highway 370 that is also included in the Palisades attendance area.
  • Whitetail Creek Elementary -(Outlined in Orange on Map) The attendance area includes all elementary students who live north of Gruenther Road from Highway 31 to 216^th Street which includes the Lincoln Place subdivision. West of 216^th Street, the attendance area includes all elementary students who live north of Lincoln Road. Also included are all elementary students that live east of Highway 31 and west of the railroad track that runs from Highway 31 northeast up to 180^th street. The final area includes all elementary students who live north of Giles Road and west of 180^th Street.
