Enrolling a new student to Gretna Public Schools!
**Our application process is an online application. Your forms will be emailed to the Superintendent's Office, an email response will be sent back to you that it was received, and then you will be contacted by the school to sign the paperwork that we received via email and complete all other necessary information.

- Check to see if you reside within the Gretna School District Boundary. Either select the Gretna District Map link to view a map of our district or select the Neighborhoods of Gretna Public Schools link to view a listing of many of our neighborhoods. These links will show the zoned elementary schools. Also, you may wish to double check your resident address with the Administration Office by contacting Jean Anderson at 402-332-3265.
Email the Enrollment Application Forms to our Administration Office by clicking the button on the bottom of the last page of the forms. You will receive a reply message when we receive the emailed application forms. Also, this form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download available
. Upon receipt of the email, you will receive an email back notifying you that we received the application. Then, contact the respective school or schools to schedule an appointment to sign the forms and complete the necessary paperwork. Here is a listing of the phone numbers at each building.
